Combine fewer calories/exercise

To lose weight only by exercising will be a difficult and arduous job, unless you are into marathoning or other intensive exercise regimen. Much better is a combination of exercise and fewer calories eaten. The key to an effective exercise regimen is to find one that you enjoy. For if its a chore or bore, it will soon be no more. So one needs to search for some exercise routine that you actually enjoy. It may be something as simple as walking the dog.  And this benefits both you and the dog.  There are so many ways to exercise that you need to keep searching for one that speaks to you and this may be several that you do in sequence.  Keep searching.  With only modest resources, but good health, life and even old age can be beautiful.
